Shu-min Peng
Clinical Research Project Manager
After graduating from medical school, Shumin became a neurologist and worked in the Neurosurgical Center of Beijing. In 1988, Shumin moved to Dublin, Ireland to pursue a career in research, where she worked at the Neuroscience Institute of Dublin and Beaumont Hospital. After living in two different continents, Shumin continued her journey to Vancouver, where she worked at B.C. Children’s Hospital with the pediatric neurology team and the University of British Columbia. In 2000, Shumin joined the Carruthers research team. In her spare time, Shumin enjoys reading, traveling, yoga and shopping with her daughter.
Jude Poirier
Clinical Research Project Manager
Jude trained as a nurse at Vancouver General Hospital, University of Victoria and the University of British Columbia. Jude has worked in Research since 1997 and prior to coming to Carruthers Clinical Research she was involved in clinical trials in ICU, Emergency, Cardiac, Anaesthesia, Haematology and Oncology. Jude has been part of the Research Team with the Carruthers organization since 2001 and believes that she has the best job ever! When not at work Jude can be found pursuing her addiction to theatre and performance art.
